What do we need to know?
To start working on the project, we only need some basic information about yourself and your plans in this beautiful adventure you are about to face.
We may need to know how many square meters of room you have at your disposal, what is your budget you plan to invest in the project and how many people you would like to include in each classroom.
Any further information that will be given to us, will be welcome and will help us to bring our project closer to what your desires are in this regard (e. g. do you need rubber flooring?, would you like it to be wall-mounted or self-supporting?, would you like to hang it on rings?, would you like to have some climbing stations as well?).

How long does a project like this take?
All the products in stock are shipped within 24 hours, any tool not included in our catalog can be tailore-made only for you! In this case we will need about 3 weeks to be able to ship it. If, on the other hand, any item ordered is not immediately available because it is out of stock, we will be happy to offer it at a special price, to help you overcome the bitterness of prolonged waiting time.
What do we need to know about your gym?
The first step is to contact us via e-mail at info@kingsbox.it and ask for information about opening a new box. Within a few hours you will receive our reply, in which we will ask you a few questions to prepare an initial estimate for information purposes. Our experts will try to make sure that your money is well spent and invested in an infrastructure which will be exploited in every single inch of space, helping you to realize the gym of your dreams.
What happens if the desired product is not on our catalogue?
We can make any piece of equipment. If an item is not yet in the catalogue, you will need to send us an email at info@kingsbox.it and inform us about your wish. In 3 weeks we will be able to produce whatever equipment you want, to make your gym unique!
Do we also take care of the designs?
Certainly! For all customers who decide to set up the gym with our brand, we offer the possibility of designing and drawing in 3D for free! This allows us to design your gym from head to toe and give you the opportunity to see in a concrete way how we thought to use the space available. You will then be able to enter the gym of your dreams even before you define the final order of equipment.
How do we test the equipment?
All our equipment are repeatedly tested first by our technical staff and then sent to our best athletes and coaches who test the product in the gym. We also collaborate with different gyms throughout Europe, submitting them to periodic surveys, in order to understand what to change and perfect, in order to offer even better products!
All our products are accompanied by quality certificates. All gyms should be equipped with this documentation to guarantee their customers safety during the use of them and to take away the thought of possible legal nuisances.
How can I pay for my order?
If you need to order more than one product, please contact us at info@kingsbox.it and you may be able to take advantage of large discounts. Your order can then be paid by cash on delivery (cash only for amounts less than €2999), bank transfer, PayPal, ATM or credit card. In addition, by contacting us via e-mail and providing a Community VAT number (valid therefore in the VIES system), VAT will be excluded from the total amount.
I found cheaper products on another website: can you give me for the same price?
Our tools are of the highest quality available on the market and are sold at very advantageous prices. This was possible because we decided to work with much lower profit margins than our competitors to offer all customers quality at a good price. We are therefore not prepared to lower prices further as this would force us to reduce quality. In the long run, our products will save you money, because you will not need much maintenance and they will last a lifetime.
How much is the cost for shipping?
Shipping costs are FREE for all orders above €1990.
Will the structures be assembled by our staff?
By agreement we can also take care of this service, usually our customers deal with it alone, as our facilities are very easy to assemble.
What warranty do we offer?

How much will I have to spend on a typical gym?
In the functional there is no “typical” gym-we will be very pleased to let you know how much it would cost your gym. We are confident that you will not be able to find a better place to buy quality products at bargain prices!
