Prototypes and testing
All the equipment, during the design phase, goes through countless prototyping phases, which usually takes a few months of work. Once the product has been defined, before putting it into serial production and therefore being sold, it is first tested by our technical staff and then sent to our best athletes, who test the product while remaining objective in the evaluation. Thanks to them we can aspire to a continuous improvement of all our tools.

Dear Customers!

The vehicles of the delivery services do not always have a ramp to assist you in unloading your ordered equipment. You may need to unload the pallet (s) by hand from the truck. In case you refuse to do so and refuse the goods, you are not entitled to a full purchase cost reimbursement but only a refund for the equipment purchased.

You will have to pay the shipping costs both ways. In case of advance arrangement and additional payment we can provide a transport vehicle with a ramp.

Shipping time

The goods will be shipped to the customer in the shortest possible time, usually the goods are shipped to the customer in 24-48 hours (working days) from the confirmation of the order (unless otherwise specified).

Delivery method

Delivery is made within 24-72 hours of shipment. The package will be delivered to the address you provided when ordering.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and notify the seller within 14 days from the delivery of the order without having the duty to justify the recession. The 14-day period shall be valid from the day after delivery.
