GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The general terms and conditions of the KingsBox online store have been drawn up in accordance with the Slovene Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
KingsBox is an online store operated by the company TNG Oprema, d.o.o., Ulica Franca Segulina 5, 6210 Sežana, tax number: SI75138913, registration number: 5413796000.
The general terms and conditions determine the operation of the KingsBox online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the KingsBox store or company TNG Oprema d.o.o. and between the customer or consumer.
Before making a purchase, please read the terms and conditions carefully and comply with them. By using the website, you consent to the stated conditions. If you do not agree to the terms, we ask that you do NOT use the abovementioned online store.
All prices include VAT and are listed in EUR.
Prices are valid at the time of the order and do not have a predefined validity.
Prices are valid in the case of payment by valid payment methods and under the conditions which are listed in this document or under the general terms and conditions.
The customer selects the items he/she wishes to purchase and adds them to the cart. At the online checkout, he/she fills in all the necessary information and places the order. The order is then placed in the queue. Within a maximum of 48 hours the provider reviews the order and confirms or rejects it. During the holidays and on weekends, the deadline for order confirmation or rejection is extended by the number of work-free days. In the event that the price changes during the processing of the order, the provider undertakes to offer a lower price to the customer.
The sales agreement between the KingsBox store and the customer is concluded in the KingsBox online store at the moment when the KingsBox website sends the customer the first e-mail about the status of his/her order (with the title: Confirmation of the Receipt of the Order). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer. The customer or consumer is considered to be the person with the data indicated at the time of the submission of the purchase order. Subsequent changes to the customer’s data are not possible.
The KingsBox website offers the following payment methods:
- Direct bank transfer
By emailing email@example.com or by calling +386 30 351 866, the customer informs us in advance what he/she wishes to be included in the quote and a sales consultant then helps him/her choose the equipment he/she would like to purchase. The provider seeks to respond to the orders received during official business hours (8:00–16:00) on the same working day. The provider first sends an informative quote to the customer by e-mail. The two then reach an agreement on any changes to the quote, and when the confirmation of the suitability of the quote is received from the customer, the final version is sent to the customer via e-mail.

The KingsBox online store sends the goods after receiving payment from the customer.
- Payment in cash upon delivery of the shipment (*)
In the payment options, the customer selects the option Cash on Delivery. After having received the order, the KingsBox online store forwards it to the warehouse, where the products are then prepared. When the products are ready, KingsBox notifies the customer via e-mail. Upon receiving the shipment, the customer pays the invoice to the delivery service that delivered the package.
* Only cash is accepted when paying upon delivery. Thank you for understanding.
- Payment via PayPal
When the customer adds the selected products to the cart and wishes to complete the order, the option of payment via PayPal can also be chosen.
- Direct debit or credit card payment
The payment procedure is performed by the customer during the entry of data in a special online form. The customer can choose between the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, UnionPay and Maestro.
When paying by credit card online, please notify us in the event of canceling your order or changing your payment method by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The company TNG Oprema d.o.o. strives for the fastest possible delivery of the ordered goods, namely in 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation (unless otherwise stated for the product). The mentioned delivery time applies to products under the status “In stock”. If the product has the status “Out of stock”, you can inquire about the delivery time of the product in person at the e-mail address email@example.com or telephone number +386 30 351 866.
After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail confirming the order, which contains a list of ordered items, the total price and the address of the recipient.
Delivery is carried out in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije, Intereuropa, and the parcel delivery services GLS and DPD. The KingsBox online store reserves the right to choose another delivery service if the order will be carried out in a more efficient manner. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days after order confirmation. During the holidays and on weekends, the delivery time is extended by the number of work-free days. The delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when registering or ordering. In the event of the customer’s absence, the parcel will be available for pick-up at the nearest post office. The customer may also be contacted by the delivery service by telephone to arrange a suitable time for the delivery. The KingsBox online store is in no case liable for the damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of items that are not in stock in its own warehouse.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the price list of the selected delivery service.
When purchasing over 1990€ worth of goods, delivery in Slovenia is free.
Products purchased by the customer in the Kingsbox online store can also be personally picked up at the warehouse of TNG Oprema d.o.o. during business hours of the warehouse by prior arrangement with employees (date, time). When the ordered goods are ready to be picked up, the customer is notified by the company by e-mail and/or the telephone number provided by the customer on the website when placing the order. In the event of a personal pick-up, the customer is obliged to pay in advance, as payment at the collection point is not possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT
The option to withdraw from the purchase is intended for the consumer to review whether the product is suitable for him/her or not and that he can always withdraw from the purchase if the expectations were different. Therefore, if the consumer is not satisfied with the purchased product he/she can return it without having to give a reason for his/her decision. The consumer has the right to inform the provider of his/her withdrawal from the contract within 30 days from purchasing or receiving the product. The deadline begins 1 day after the date of the reception of the items.
RETURN OF GOODS
How do I return a product?
- Send us an e-mail at email@example.com, and in the subject field write “Refund [order number]”.
- Fill in the return document and attach it to the shipment. The document can be found here: Item return form
- Wrap and pack the product properly so that it is ready for collection by our delivery service (at your expenses) or personally arrange a delivery to our warehouse.
- The product must be adequately protected, and you are liable for any damages during transport.
- As soon as the product will be in our warehouse, its condition will be inspected and a refund will be arranged.
The consumer informs the provider of the withdrawal from the purchase agreement (evidenced by a valid invoice) by e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The return of the received products to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is also considered as a notice of withdrawal. When returning the items, the Item return form must be included in the shipment. The form is available on our website or provided in the e-mail the provider will send you upon the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The consumer shall be deemed to have given his statement of withdrawal in due time if he/she sends it within the time limit set for withdrawal from the contract.
If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, the goods must be returned immediately or at the latest in 30 days upon the notice of withdrawal from the contract, to the address TNG Oprema d.o.o., Partizanska cesta 129, 6210 Sežana, Slovenia. The consumer shall be deemed to have returned the goods on time if he/she sent them before the expiry of the 30-day return period.
The consumer must return the item to the provider undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer’s fault. The consumer may not use the items without hindrance until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the items to the extent strictly necessary to establish their actual state. Testing an item that deviates from the above is considered as usage of the items, which means that the consumer thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the cost of returning the items or shipping, which in the case of shipment is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether he/she is dealing with a shipment/package/cargo.
The provider returns the purchase price to the customer’s bank account no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. The return of the goods to the provider within the term of cancellation of the contract shall be considered as a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
Upon withdrawal from a contract where a discount code or promotional code has been used, these funds are considered a discount and are not returned to the customer.
It is in our best interest that the withdrawal procedure runs smoothly, so we kindly ask you to handle the shipment with care when purchasing remotely. We also kindly ask you to follow the instructions below.
- Open the package carefully and do not throw it away immediately, keep it until you are sure that the product you have chosen is suitable.
- Careless removal of packaging from products can damage them, therefore we urge you to be careful.
- Before using the product for the first time, consult about the method of use or operation of the product, as improper use may damage it.
- Visible traces of use (scratches, dirt, stains, hair) are not suitable for withdrawal from the contract.
The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
- for goods which have been manufactured to the exact instructions of the consumer and which have been adapted to his personal needs,
- for goods which, by their nature, are not eligible for return,
- for goods which are perishable or which expire quickly.
An order placed by a consumer on a website may be cancelled with no additional costs until the e-mail stating that your order has already been shipped has been received. Cancellation is possible via e-mail to email@example.com or by calling +386 30 351 866.
The company TNG Oprema d.o.o. assures the customer that the product will be free of material, workmanship or functionality defects for the period as stated below from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product.
For products that are not manufactured by TNG Oprema d.o.o. with the KingsBox brand, the original manufacturer’s warranty applies.
The company TNG Oprema d.o.o. guarantees for material, workmanship and functionality defects of these products for a specific period of each individual product from the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as he/she is the owner of the product. The warranty is not transferable. The warranty does not apply to Olympic barbells that require maintenance.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The warranty does not apply in the event of negligent or incorrect use, modification, improper storage or improper handling of the product. Specific problems customers have with products of the company TNG Oprema d.o.o. will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The anti-bending warranty does not apply in the event of negligent or incorrect use, modifications, improper storage or improper handling of the product. Careless or incorrect use includes improper lowering of the barbell (e.g. lowering the barbell on an uneven surface, depositing the barbell on screws, lowering with unsuitable or damaged discs, lowering with steel plates, lowering on asphalt or similar surfaces and similar inappropriate uses). Specific problems customers have with products of the company TNG Oprema d.o.o. will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The warranty does not apply to used goods. Specific problems customers have with products of the company TNG Oprema d.o.o. will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
The data provided by the customer is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 59/1999, 57/2001, 59/2001-corr.) and the Consumer Protection Act – ZVPot-UPB1 (official consolidated text – Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 14/03).
Using online forms on the KingsBox website, the customer submits his personal data, which is collected and processed by the website operator, collecting and processing only the personal data of the user that is strictly necessary for the quality and smooth conduct of electronic business: name and surname, address, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number, information about time and subject of purchase.
The user and the operator of the KingsBox website both agree that the data which can be accessed for electronic services is a business secret and will therefore adequately protect it and will not disclose it to third parties without a proper legal basis. For the purpose of delivery, the operator will only provide information about the user’s address to the delivery service.
The operator of the website undertakes to responsibly and professionally perform electronic services in accordance with the principles and standards of information security.
The provider must deliver the goods to the consumer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material defects.
What is considered as a material defect?
- When the item does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for marketing.
- When the product does not have the characteristics necessary for the particular use for which the customer purchases it, but which the provider was or should have been familiar with.
- When the product has no qualities and distinctions that were explicitly or silently agreed or prescribed.
- When the provider has delivered a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for notification purposes.
The suitability of the item is checked with other goods of the same type and with the provider’s statements or statements on the item itself. The customer is obliged to notify the provider of any material defects within the statutory period at his own expense, and the product must be accompanied by a detailed description of the material defect. The customer must allow the provider to inspect the item.
The provider shall not be liable for material defects that appear more than two years after the item was delivered. When a defect appears within six months of the item being delivered, the defect shall be deemed to have existed at the time of delivery.
The consumer who has correctly informed the provider of the defect has the right to demand from the provider:
- to eliminate the defect on the goods or to return part of the paid amount in proportion to the defect or
- to replace the defective goods with new flawless goods, or
- to return the sum already paid.
The right to claim a material defect of the item is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TNG Oprema d.o.o. strives for the highest possible level of up-to-dateness and correctness of the data published on the website www.kingsbox.it/sl/. However, data processing can sometimes cause an error or deviation, which is then displayed on the website, thus the company TNG Oprema d.o.o. does not guarantee the accuracy of information and content on the KingsBox website. The company is also not responsible for minor deviations in image resolution, which may depend on screen resolutions. If a visitor of the website estimates that certain information on the website is incorrect, we kindly ask him/her to inform us by writing an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the telephone number +386 30 351 866. If it turns out that the information displayed on the website was indeed incorrect, the company TNG Oprema d.o.o. will allow the customer to withdraw from the contract or replace the item. We sincerely apologize in advance for any errors.
The company TNG Oprema d.o.o. is not responsible for the occasional non-functioning of the website and is also not responsible for opinions on items written by visitors of the website. The company TNG Oprema d.o.o. reserves the right to reject an opinion in the event that the opinion in question contains obvious untruths, is offensive or inappropriate.

TNG Oprema d.o.o. respects the applicable legislation on consumer protection and strives to fulfill its duty to ensure an effective complaint handling system. Complaints are accepted to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint-handling procedure is confidential.
The company TNG Oprema d.o.o. strives to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the mentioned disputes are resolved in the competent court in Koper.
